"Never Let It Go" was the Swedish entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2002. The song was a cheery number about a woman dancing the night away with the man she loves. Afro-Dite were a female trio, who bore some resemblance to the popular female R "n" B group, Destiny's Child. The girls appeared in glittering silver, waist-length gowns.

On the night of the contest Afro-dite performed 12th, following Switzerland's Francine Jordi with "Dans le jardin de mon âme" and preceding Finland's Laura Voutilainen and "Addicted To You". At the close of the voting they received 72 points, placing 8th in a field of 24.

The song was succeeded as Swedish representative at the 2003 contest by Fame with "Give Me Your Love".
